You are cordially invited to view my new video where I answer questions about the mediation process and its benefits for families going through separation or divorce.
What is Divorce Mediation? And why would a couple choose to mediate their divorce vs. hiring separate divorce attorneys and litigating their divorce? In this video, I answer those questions by discussing the difference between a litigated and a mediated divorce.
I also talk about why children can benefit greatly when their divorcing parents choose to mediate their separation or divorce instead of engaging in the more adversarial litigation process. Through mediation, couples make their own decisions regarding the sharing of their properties and the parenting of their children.
